The Village of Brush Park Manor Paradise Valley was conceived and developed by the Brush Park Development Corporation, the Joint Fraternal Development Corporation (Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., The Most Worshipful King David Grand Lodge A.F. and A.M.), and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM).
