Completed in 2006, The Village of Gibraltar Manor is located on the north side of Middle Gibraltar Road, across from Parsons Elementary School. This non-profit development is a collaboration of Lutheran Homes of Michigan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. Most of the financing will be from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority while the City of Gibraltar agreed to sell the land for a nominal amount.

All under one roof, The Village of Gibraltar Manor has 53 fully-modern one and two bedroom apartments with resident storage areas, centrally located laundry rooms, fitness room, community/craft room, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and maintenance services. Barrier-free apartments are also available.

Affordable, Quality Living

Designed for seniors 55 and older, The Village of Gibraltar Manor offers housing and services for all lifestyle choices. Certain designated units are rented at lower rates under a tax credit program monitored by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. To qualify for these units, applicants' income may not exceed specific levels.
