The Village of St. Martha's offers apartments with wall-to-wall carpeting, emergency call system, individually controlled heating and cooling, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator/freezer and stove. We even have specially designed apartments for mobility-impaired residents.

The Village also features a community center, wellness exercise room, library/computer center and more! It’s conveniently located to shopping, healthcare facilities, restaurants, recreation, entertainment, and other services.

Affordable, Quality Living

Because the construction of The Village of St. Martha's was made possible through funding from the U.S. Development of Housing and Urban Development, we are able to provide government-subsidized housing. Provided you are 62 years of age or older and meet the specified income limits, your rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross annual income.
