- Patio or balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, disposal, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- Central air conditioning and heat
- Mini-blinds
- Personal response system

A one-time refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is due at the time of lease signing. Utilities and phone service are not included in monthly rates.
*Income Qualified Rates: Designated units are offered at a lower rate under the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Qualified applicants’ income must not exceed $38,580/single person; $44,100/2 persons.
