Stacey Olson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, joined PVM in 2021

Stacey brings more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry and a strong passion for supporting older adults and the communities that serve them. She is committed to PVM’s mission, advancing person-centered approaches across the organization.

Her expertise spans the full continuum of sales and marketing, including launching and positioning new and developing communities, as well as strengthening occupancy in established communities facing census challenges. Stacey applies data-informed strategies to analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, and implement targeted initiatives that support sustainable occupancy and long-term performance. She holds a degree in General Business Administration.

She and her husband reside in Waterloo Township, Michigan.
