Carl Simcox, owner of Homestead Home Health Care, and Roger Myers, president and CEO of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, have announced the formation of a new joint venture. The new entity has been structured as a Michigan limited liability company (LLC) on a 50/50 percentage ownership basis. A formal name is in the process of being selected.
